In order to meet the needs of the development of the capital market, China Securities Association revised the unified textbook of securities qualification examination according to the changes of laws and regulations and the development of the market: First, according to the latest development of China's bond market, the basic concepts of corporate bonds and medium-term notes and the relevant provisions on issuance and underwriting were added to the Basic Knowledge of Securities Market and Securities Issuance and Underwriting, and the content of bond portfolio management was added to the Securities Investment Analysis; Second, the relevant contents of the Regulations on Supervision and Administration of Securities Companies and the Provisions on Risk Disposal of Securities Companies have been added; Thirdly, according to the new regulations on securities issuance issued by the CSRC and the Measures for the Administration of Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies, the contents of securities issuance and underwriting have been revised accordingly; Fourth, according to the changes in the regulatory laws and regulations of securities companies and the actual operation, the relevant contents of brokerage business of stock exchanges and business management of securities companies have been adjusted; Fifthly, according to the new asset management rules of securities companies issued by China Securities Regulatory Commission, the relevant chapters in securities trading have been revised. Sixth, according to the newly issued Regulations on Fund Sales and Regulations on Qualified Institutional Investors in China, the securities investment funds have added the fund sales business norms and QDII funds; Seventh, combined with the new accounting standards, the relevant contents of fund valuation and fund accounting were revised, and the contents of corporate financial analysis in securities investment analysis were revised; Eighth, comprehensively sort out and revise the basic concepts, theories and basic frameworks in the original textbook, correct mistakes and omissions, and delete the contents that are no longer applicable.
