Zhou, a resident of Donghutang Town, Ningxiang City, was hospitalized in the first ward of Ningxiang People's Hospital twice. His blood type was inconsistent between the two tests. The blood type tested during hospitalization from May 11, 2020 to May 16, 2020 was type A.

The blood type tested during hospitalization from April 26, 2021 to May 17, 2021 was type B, and there was suspicion of being hospitalized as an imposter.

After investigation and verification, between May 11, 2020 and May 16, 2020, Zhou, a resident of Donghutang Town, used the identity of his sister Zhou Jun to be hospitalized in the first ward of Ningxiang People's Hospital and reimbursed the medical insurance fund 6,300 yuan.

The Ningxiang Municipal Medical Insurance Bureau recovered the illegal reimbursement fund of 6,300 yuan and transferred the relevant situation to the Ningxiang Municipal Public Security Bureau for investigation and handling. Currently, the Ningxiang Municipal Public Security Bureau has launched an investigation into Zhou Yingchun’s insurance fraud and investigated the criminal liability of the parties involved.
