1. The development enterprise that sells houses to buyers (hereinafter referred to as the development enterprise) will register the houses that need to be deposited with special maintenance funds for commercial houses in the "Beijing Housing Special Maintenance Fund Management System".

2. The development enterprise shall go to the administrative department of the jurisdiction where the house sold belongs to handle the review of the housing information and the verification of the deposit standard.

3. The information of the purchaser is registered by the development enterprise, and the purchaser or the development enterprise (on behalf of the purchaser) pays the money to China Everbright Bank.
