Personal online banking "SMS customer" or "electronic token customer", but the fund account corresponding to the wealth management card is not signed with personal online banking, you can handle online fund business at the business outlets with the fund account card (discount) and your valid ID card;
3. Personal online banking "UK+SMS customers". If the fund account corresponding to the wealth management card is not a personal online banking contracted account, you can add the fund account to the personal online banking through My Account-Account Management-Account Addition and Cancellation, and then change the fund account to a contracted account through Protection Center-Account Settings-Type Change to handle investment and wealth management business; Customers can also bring their fund account card (discount) and their valid identity documents to the business outlets for handling.
Customers who successfully handle fund business through our personal online banking will not be affected.
Three. The bank will automatically open personal online banking for wealth management customers who have not registered personal online banking, and the registration type is "SMS customer". The user name of the customer logging into the personal online banking system is the customer's valid ID number, and the login password is the last six digits of the wealth management card number. After logging in to personal online banking, customers need to enter the SMS verification code sent by the system before they can handle any business involving fund changes. The mobile phone number that receives the SMS verification code is the same as the mobile phone number that originally logged in to receive the SMS verification code.
4. The system will automatically upgrade customers who have become "online registered users" of personal online banking to "SMS customers". The user name and password of the customer logging into personal online banking remain unchanged, and the mobile phone number for receiving SMS password is the same as that of the wealth management system.
