After buying a fund, it will show that it is in transit for a period of time, but the funds have been deducted, which is part of the funds in transit. So what exactly does it mean? How did it come into being?

What do you mean by funds in transit?

Fund in transit refers to the part of the fund that the investor has contributed but has not yet determined the share. To buy OTC funds, it is usually bought on T day, and the share is confirmed on T+ 1 day (T day is limited to trading day 15: 00). The funds in this process are funds in transit. The time for fund to confirm shares is the same as that of the stock trading system, and it is actually influenced by the stock trading system.

For funds in the market, there is generally no such thing as funds in transit, because buying funds in the market during trading is real-time trading. Although selling is not a real-time transaction, it is still a position just before the deduction, so there is no such thing as funds in transit.
