Sixth, the identity and title of retirees have also changed. They are collectively referred to as community residents. They have the same identity as community members, without the superiority of retired employees.

Seventh, some benefits provided by the original enterprise to retirees will gradually be reduced or stopped, which is a bad psychological feeling.
