Chapter I General Provisions

Chapter II Scope of Business

Article 9 Scope of Business:

(1) Organize members and volunteers of Billion Power to enter college students' apartment buildings regularly to recycle plastic bottles and waste books and newspapers;

(2) Actively carry out charitable activities, such as organizing charity performances, charity sales and other activities;

(3) provide donations to people in need inside and outside the school, mainly for students and teachers who are seriously ill in the school and need donations.

(4) reward those who have made outstanding contributions to charity, including organizations, institutions and individuals.

Chapter III Financial Management

Article 1 Billion Power is a public offering foundation, and Billion Power's income comes from:

(1) Members and volunteers collect plastic bottles and waste books and newspapers;

(2) voluntary donations from individuals, organizations or institutions;

(3) the income from organizing fund-raising;

(4) other lawful income, etc.

article 1 million power organizations should abide by laws and regulations and conform to the purpose stipulated in the articles of association and the business scope of campus public welfare activities.

Article 12 When organizing fund-raising, Billion Power shall announce to the inside and outside of the school the public welfare activities to be carried out after the funds are raised and the detailed use plan of the funds.

Article 13 No unit or individual may occupy, privately divide or misappropriate the property and other income of Yiwanli.

Article 14 Billion Power shall use the property according to the purpose stipulated in the Articles of Association and the business scope of public welfare activities. For donations with clear specific use methods, they will be used according to the donation agreement; When the donated materials can't be used for the original agreed purpose due to special reasons, Billion Force can auction or sell them according to law, and the income will be used for the donation purpose, and at the same time, a detailed explanation should be made to the original donor, organization or institution.

Article 15 Billion strength property is mainly used for:

(1) expenditure on public welfare activities as stipulated in the articles of association;

(2) Necessary work and financing costs.

Article 16 Billion Power shall maintain and increase the value of the fund in accordance with the principles of legality, safety and effectiveness.

Article 17 Billion will allocate 7% of the total income of the previous year for the operating expenses of the Foundation.

Article 18 Donors have the right to inquire about the use and management of donated property from Yili, and put forward opinions and suggestions. For the donor's inquiry, Billion Power shall give a timely and truthful answer. If Yiwanli uses the donated property in violation of the donation agreement, the donor has the right to require Yiwanli to abide by the donation agreement or apply to the relevant departments for cancellation of the donation behavior or dissolution of the donation agreement.

Article 19 Billion Power may sign an agreement with the recipient, stipulating the mode and amount of funding, as well as the purpose and use of funds. Billion power has the right to supervise the use of funding. If the recipient fails to use the aid according to the agreement or has other violations of the agreement, Billion Power has the right to terminate the aid agreement.

Article 2 Billion Power conducts a week-long examination and approval of this year's business report, final accounts of funds revenue and expenditure, and inventory of property (current year's donor list and related materials) at the beginning of December each year.

Article 21 Billion Force shall conduct annual inspection, change and liquidation, and shall conduct financial audit.

Article 22 Billion Power accepts the supervision of people from all walks of life inside and outside the school, and the inquiries of relevant organizations, institutions or individuals.

Chapter IV Termination

Article 23 Billion Force shall be terminated under any of the following circumstances:

(1) It has fulfilled the purpose stipulated in the Articles of Association;

(2) unable to continue to engage in public welfare activities according to the purpose stipulated in the articles of association;

(3) 1 million forces are divided or merged;

(4) other circumstances.

Chapter V Revision of Articles of Association

Article 24 The revision of these Articles of Association shall be based on the creed of "humanity, fraternity and dedication" and shall be approved by the board of directors.

Chapter V Supplementary Provisions

Article 25 The Articles of Association were adopted by the Council of Billion Power on May 21, 213.

article 26 the right to interpret these articles of association belongs to the Council.

article 27 the articles of association shall come into force as of the date of approval by the registration authority.
