National regulations on retirement age:

1. Male cadres and workers must be over 60 years old, female cadres must be over 55 years old, and female workers must be over 50 years old, with continuous service or The term is over 10 years.

2. Employees who are engaged in underground, high-altitude, high-temperature, heavy physical labor and other types of work harmful to health, men must be over 55 years old, women must be over 45 years old, and have continuous service or working years of more than 10 years.

3. Employees who are over 50 years old for men and 45 years old for women, with continuous service or more than 10 years of service, and who have been certified by the hospital and confirmed by the Labor Appraisal Committee as having completely lost the ability to work.

4. Those who are disabled due to work and have been certified by the hospital (the worker and confirmed by the Labor Appraisal Committee) have completely lost the ability to work. According to the "Regulations on Work-related Injury Insurance" (effective from January 1, 2004), if an employee becomes disabled due to work and is identified as a first- to fourth-level disability, the labor relationship will be retained, he will quit his job, and he will enjoy monthly disability allowances. After workers injured at work reach retirement age and go through retirement procedures, disability benefits will be stopped and they will enjoy basic pension insurance benefits. If the basic pension insurance benefit is lower than the disability allowance, the work-related injury insurance fund will make up the difference.
