China Securities Association (hereinafter referred to as SAC) is a self-regulatory organization of the securities industry established according to the Securities Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Securities Investment Fund Law and the Regulations on the Administration of Registration of Social Organizations, and it is a non-profit social organization legal person.
