After nearly 16 years' efforts, Huazheng Legal Aid has continuously strengthened its own construction, developed into a "star society" with a large number of volunteers, broke through the initial single reception and consultation mode, and established a "four-in-one rights protection network of consultation, agency, litigation and law popularization"; The service targets have also been expanded to "the elderly, teenagers, the disabled, women, laid-off workers and other vulnerable groups at all levels"; The scope of activities has expanded from the school to Shanghai-related organizations such as the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation, the Municipal Women's Federation and the Municipal Committee on Aging, and has penetrated into many street communities such as Huayang, Cao Yang, Longbai, Nanjing Road, Zhongshan and Yueyang, and six provinces in East China and Xinjiang have also printed our footprints; At the same time, we also participated in the column programs of several radio stations and newspapers. In particular, under the guidance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, China's political and legal aid has also undertaken international projects to protect workers' rights and interests in recent years, which are funded by the Canadian and Dutch governments and the Ford Foundation of the United States.

Every legal aid worker is committed to "serving the society with what I have learned and fighting for fairness and justice!" Purpose, give play to their own advantages, and actively solve problems for the people. Since its establishment, according to incomplete statistics, Huazheng Legal Aid has established 37 practice bases, and nearly 65,438+000,000 people have received our help.

In 20 14, we ushered in the sixteenth year of the establishment of legal aid. At the beginning of the second decade of legal aid, we continued to adhere to the purpose of "applying what we have learned, serving the society and striving for fairness and justice" and provided excellent legal aid and publicity and voluntary services for all sectors of society. Looking back, the honor will eventually pass; Looking ahead, the road to exploration is still long. In this year, we have experienced the arduous process of finding, analyzing and solving problems, and have always made unremitting efforts on the dual road of community development and legal aid. It has become an "institutionalized, professional and branded" college student association with certain influence in the country, which integrates three functions: preventive legal publicity, case assistance and law-related investigation.

With the guidance and help of leaders and teachers and extensive support from all walks of life, through collective unremitting efforts, Huazheng Legal Aid has successfully completed more than 60 school-level, district-level and municipal-level activities, with a scale of more than 530 people and more than 50,000 participants, and produced and distributed more than 63,000 copies of materials, and established or further deepened cooperative relations with 17 units and organizations. At present, Huazheng Legal Aid has received more than 800 letters of thanks from the masses and nearly 70 banners. It has received more than 200 attention reports from dozens of news media organizations such as CCTV, Dragon TV, Xinhua News Agency, People's Daily, Guangming Daily, Wenhui Daily and Xinmin Evening News, and municipal departments such as the Propaganda Department of Shanghai Municipal Committee, the Municipal Bureau of Justice, the Municipal Education Bureau and the Communist Youth League Committee have paid attention to China's government. 20 10 won the national and municipal honors such as the national demonstration and practice foundation for helping the disabled and the third prize of summer social practice for college students of Shanghai Greening and Health Bureau.
