According to the provisions of the Measures for the Application of National Social Science Fund Projects, applicants who have presided over two projects or completed 1 projects related to this project meet the conditions specified in the preceding paragraph, and can directly enter the communication review group where the applicant is located as specified in Article 13 of these Detailed Rules without the restrictions specified in Item 1 of Article 8 and Article 10. The evaluation experts shall make a comprehensive evaluation of the applicant's scientific research ability, the completion of the previous projects and the research foundation, and shall not lower the evaluation standard because the applicant obtained the national social science fund project in the early stage.
