There are several solutions: (1) report the loss of the account opened by stealing identity information, and then re-open the account yourself. (2) Report to China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. and cancel the account. Article 26 of the Rules for the Administration of Securities Accounts of China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. stipulates that the account opening agency shall carefully verify the identity of the investor, the authenticity and validity of the investor's identity documents and the consistency between the investor and the identity documents. The account opening agency shall carefully examine the authenticity, accuracy, completeness and validity of the business application materials provided by investors to ensure that the business application form is consistent with the relevant contents of the business application materials. The account opening agency shall ensure that the account information entered into the account system is consistent with the business application form and other materials provided by investors. Article 66 stipulates that if the account opening agency violates the provisions of Article 26 of these Rules and fails to take effective measures to prevent unqualified accounts as required, the company will give an oral warning or a written warning. If it provides convenience for investors to open securities accounts in violation of regulations, the company will informed criticism or publicly condemn it, and if the circumstances are serious, it will suspend its qualification as an account opening agency or outlet. (3) You can also negotiate with the account opening institution and ask for some compensation.
