(a) full-time and part-time personnel of the Natural Science Foundation of China shall not apply for or participate in the application for projects;

(two) the experts and staff who participated in the evaluation avoided the immediate family members and the application project evaluation that may affect the fairness;

(three) the personnel hired by the Natural Science Foundation of China, peer review experts and members of the expert review team avoid the application project review in which my unit and I participate;

(four) members of the expert review team and part-time experts of the Natural Science Foundation of China shall not attend the review meeting related to the project when they are the person in charge of the application project.

Twenty-ninth in order to effectively protect the rights and interests of the applicant and the assessor, all personnel involved in the assessment and evaluation work must abide by the following confidentiality provisions:

(1) Without authorization, the applicant's research content shall not be copied, disclosed or plagiarized in any form;

(two) shall not disclose the names and units of peer review experts;

(three) shall not disclose the situation in the process of appraisal and evaluation and the evaluation results without approval.
