An individual or legal person applying for venture capital fund shall meet the following conditions: (1) The applicant or legal representative of the enterprise is a college student (including a master's degree or a doctor's degree). (2) Mainly engaged in research, development, production and service of high-tech products. (3) The applicant has strong market development ability and high management level, and has a sense of continuous innovation. (4) Excellent academic performance during school and no bad school records.
