The supporting unit shall organize the application work in accordance with the requirements of the Administrative Measures for the Fund Work of Supporting Units of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Several Opinions of the National Natural Science Foundation of China on Further Strengthening the Fund Management of Supporting Units, relevant project management measures, fund management measures and relevant regulations, review the authenticity, completeness and compliance of the application materials submitted by the applicant of the unit, and submit the application materials to the Natural Science Foundation of China within the specified time.

Applicants should carefully read the Regulations of the National Natural Science Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations), the Guide, the Measures for the Administration of Related Projects, the Measures for the Administration of Funds for Projects Supported by the National Natural Science Foundation (No.2021]177, hereinafter referred to as the Measures for the Administration of Funds) and related regulations. Applicants who do not have an information system account number should apply to the fund management contact person of the supporting unit for opening an account.
