2) information provided by overseas residents: a copy of passport, which the customer must sign personally.
3) if the client authorizes others to handle the matter, it is necessary to provide the valid identity documents of the client, the power of attorney and the agent.
4) a copy of the bank card or passbook must be a copy of the customer's income account number, and the customer must personally sign the copy. In addition, if it is a foreign bank: the foreign bank has no bank card, only an account number, and provides the account certificate issued to the customer when the bank opens an account.
5) remittance voucher: when remittance is made through online banking, there will be a print option on the online banking page. Click Print after remittance. If there is no print option, customers can contact the bank for consultation. Counter remittance: the receipt stamped by the bank after the counter remittance.
