The Fund can be converted with other open-end funds managed by the Company that have opened the fund conversion business. The conversion business between funds needs to charge a certain conversion fee, which shall be borne by the conversion applicant. 75% of the conversion fee is collected by the fund manager as the registration fee, and 25% is included in the fund property transferred to the fund. The conversion rate of the Fund is specifically charged according to the following principles:

1. For a single fund conversion business of less than 5 million yuan, the fund conversion rate is the difference between the subscription rate of the transferred-in fund and the transferred-out fund plus the fixed redemption rate of 0.5% of the transferred-out fund. The specific criteria for charging the subscription rate to make up the difference depend on the subscription rate difference between the two funds at each conversion.

2. For the conversion business with a single fund of more than 5 million yuan (inclusive), the conversion rate is the subscription rate of the transfer-out fund plus the fixed redemption rate of 0.5% of the transfer-out fund (if the transfer-out fund charges a fixed subscription fee, the conversion rate is the fixed redemption rate of 0.5% of the transfer-out fund).

3. For the supplementary calculation of subscription rate, if the subscription rate transferred to the Fund is less than or equal to the subscription rate transferred from the Fund, the supplementary rate is zero; If the subscription rate transferred to the Fund is greater than the subscription rate transferred to the Fund, the makeup rate is the difference between them. If the transfer-out fund is a fund product that is free of subscription and redemption fees, such as a money fund or a bond fund, the conversion rate transferred to this fund is the subscription rate of this fund.
