First, the loan object:
1. National civil servants who are included in the state administrative establishment and full-time career establishment personnel who have basically the same treatment as civil servants.
2. Have business dealings with China Bank, and the enterprise qualification has been recognized by some internal procedures of the bank or the bank pays employees on behalf of the enterprise.
3. Full-time employees of high-quality enterprises with strong strength, well-known brands, standardized management and relatively stable wages and benefits.
4. Other individual customers whose income is stable and controllable as determined by China Bank.
Two. The borrower shall meet the following basic conditions:
(1) A natural person with full capacity for civil conduct;
(2) People's Republic of China (PRC) citizens;
(3) Having a fixed residence and stable income, having no bad credit record in our bank and other financial peers, and having the ability to repay the loan principal and interest on schedule;
(4) The borrower shall open a settlement account in China Bank;
(5) The sum of the borrower's age and the loan term shall not exceed 65 years old.
Three. The purpose of the loan:
Can be used for home improvement, car purchase, education, purchase of large consumer goods and other legitimate personal consumption expenses, not for investment and operation, not for personal expenses without specified purposes.
