Application process: 1. Review (1) Preliminary review: The office of the Management Committee of the Heshengyuan Maternal and Child Relief Fund conducts a preliminary review of the patient's application materials and submits them to the Management Committee of the Heshengyuan Maternal and Child Relief Fund for approval. (2) Examination and approval: The Management Committee of Synbiotics Maternal and Child Relief Fund conducts a comprehensive examination of patients according to the principle of funding, and determines the target and amount of funding. 4. Appropriation According to the appropriation plan approved by the Management Committee of Heshengyuan Maternal and Child Relief Fund, China Red Cross Foundation will allocate the appropriation to the designated account.
