Mainly teaching microbiology, bioengineering equipment, food biotechnology and other courses.

In recent years, he has presided over the completion of a project of Zhejiang Natural Science Fund, a project of Hangzhou Science and Technology Bureau and a project of Hangzhou Agricultural Development Fund. Now he is in charge of two projects of Zhejiang Science and Technology Department. Participated in many provincial and municipal scientific research projects. He has won the third prize of excellent papers of China Food Society, the second prize of excellent papers of Zhejiang Food Society and the third prize of natural science papers of Zhejiang Province.
