Article 59 of the Charity Law of the People's Republic of China
Charitable organizations can sign agreements with beneficiaries according to their needs, clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, and stipulate the purpose, amount and way of using charitable property.
Beneficiaries should cherish charitable support and use charitable property as agreed. If the beneficiary fails to use the charitable property in accordance with the agreement or commits other serious violations of the agreement, the charitable organization has the right to ask him to correct it; If the beneficiary refuses to make corrections, the charity organization has the right to terminate the agreement and ask the beneficiary to return the property.
