China Disabled Persons' Federation Huaxia Culture Group's Huaxia Painting and Calligraphy Academy was officially established in Beijing on May 21, 2006 (the 16th National Disabled Persons' Day) with the approval of the China Disabled Persons' Federation.

The Huaxia Painting and Calligraphy Academy aims to inherit and carry forward Chinese traditional culture, promote the main theme of the times, promote the prosperity and development of Chinese traditional culture, and further expand the traditional art of calligraphy and painting.
