The exam overview is as follows:

Those who have passed the qualification examinations of basic subjects and professional subjects organized by the association are qualified. Pass the basic subjects and more than two (including two) professional subject examinations, and obtain the first-class professional level certification certificate; Pass the examination of basic subjects and more than four (including four) professional subjects, and obtain the second-level professional level certification certificate.

It is an international practice to implement qualification management for securities practitioners. From 65438 to 0995, the State Council Securities Commission issued the Interim Provisions on the Qualification Management of Securities Practitioners, and China began to implement the qualification management system of securities practitioners. According to this regulation, China held the qualification examination for securities practitioners for the first time in 1999, and it has been held for five times so far.

More than 300,000 people took the exam, and 78,228 people obtained various qualifications, among which 49,693 people obtained the first-class qualification, 19632 people obtained the second-class qualification, 8,835 people obtained the third-class qualification and 68 people obtained the fourth-class qualification.

According to the statistics of professional qualifications, there are 67,907 securities brokers, 26,033 securities agents, 9 1 06 securities investment consultants and 44 1 person securities investment funds. China Securities Industry Association exercises the responsibility of obtaining securities industry qualification and management practice certificate.
