Xuping Jiang received her bachelor's degree in 1982 and her master's degree in 1985. He has taught online marketing, new media integrated marketing, e-commerce, e-procurement and logistics, quantitative management analysis methods, information management and other courses in Tsinghua University Institute of Economics and Management.

Academic research field

It mainly includes network marketing, e-commerce, interactive marketing, new media integrated marketing, online consumer behavior analysis, precision marketing, demand analysis methods, mobile commerce and data value-added services, e-procurement and logistics, electronic customer relationship management, quantitative business analysis methods, enterprise informatization implementation methods, decision support systems, and multi-criteria comprehensive evaluation methods. He has published academic papers in China Journal of Management Science, Management Science, Journal of Marketing Science and Theory and Practice of Systems Engineering. In addition, he also presided over and participated in a number of national scientific research projects, such as the National Natural Science Foundation project "Research on keyword selection and integration law in network integrated marketing communication".
