Thirteenth disabled people, martyrs, five guarantees, cadres who enjoy the scope of health care, foreign cities or foreign guests, overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan compatriots to use blood, can rely on my identity to prove blood supply. For patients who use blood in the unit with a blood donation card, the validity period of the blood donation card and the patient's identity certificate should be carefully examined.
For patients who use blood without a blood donation card, in addition to emergency rescue, they should use blood first and then go through the formalities.
