Go to the local Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for consultation. If the work-related injury fund cannot reimburse, the company will be responsible for reimbursement.

Article 62 If an employer fails to participate in work-related injury insurance according to the provisions of these Regulations, it shall be ordered by the social insurance administrative department to participate in the work-related injury insurance within a time limit and make additional payments. For work-related injury insurance premiums that should be paid, a late payment penalty of 0.05% will be charged on a daily basis starting from the date of default; if payment is still not made within the time limit, a fine of not less than 1 time but not more than 3 times of the overdue amount will be imposed.
If an employee of an employer who is required to participate in work-related injury insurance but does not participate in work-related injury insurance in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations is injured at work, the employer shall pay the fees in accordance with the work-related injury insurance benefit items and standards stipulated in these Regulations.
After the employer participates in work-related injury insurance and pays the required work-related injury insurance premiums and late fees, the work-related injury insurance fund and the employer shall pay the newly incurred expenses in accordance with the provisions of these regulations.
