Investment fund business; (7) Operate the reorganization, acquisition and project financing of corporate assets, corporate finance, financial consulting and other businesses; (8) Be entrusted to operate securities underwriting business approved by relevant departments of the State Council; (9) Handle intermediary, consulting, and credit investigations

and other businesses; (10) Custody and safe deposit box business; (11) Use of inherent property in the form of depositing, lending, lending, leasing, and investment; (12) Providing guarantees for others with inherent property; (13) Engaging in inter-bank lending

; (14) Other businesses as stipulated by laws and regulations or approved by the China Banking Regulatory Commission.
