1. If it is a house purchased after marriage, under normal circumstances, the property belongs to both husband and wife, unless there is a special marital property agreed to be the personal property of one party;

3. Husband's heirs specifically include: living parents, wives and children, who have equal inheritance rights.
The following property acquired by husband and wife during the marriage relationship shall be jointly owned by husband and wife:

2. Income from production and operation;
3. Intellectual property income;
4. Inherited or donated property, except as provided for in Item 3 of Article 18 of this Law;
5. Other property that should be owned by * * *. Husband and wife have equal rights to dispose of all property.
In any of the following circumstances, it shall be the property of one of the spouses:
1, one party's premarital property;
2. Medical expenses, living allowance for the disabled and other expenses obtained by one party due to physical injury;
3. Property that belongs only to the husband or wife is determined in the will or gift contract;
4. Daily necessities for one party;
5. Other property that should be owned by one party.
Article 1 127 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC) is inherited in the following order:
(1) First order: spouse, children, parents;
(2) The second order: brothers and sisters, grandparents and grandparents.
After the inheritance begins, the successor in the first order inherits, and the successor in the second order does not inherit; If there is no successor in the first order, it is inherited by the successor in the second order.
The so-called children include children born in wedlock, children born out of wedlock, adopted children and stepchildren with dependency.
The so-called parents, including biological parents, adoptive parents and adoptive parents.
Brothers and sisters include brothers and sisters with the same parents, half-brothers or half-brothers, adopted brothers and sisters, and stepbrothers and sisters with dependent relationships.
