1. Mainly engaged in gene cloning, gene expression regulation and related properties research of plant functional proteins. In recent years, the resistance mechanism and variety improvement of jatropha curcas, an important oil crop, have been systematically studied. The physiological and biochemical changes of Jatropha curcas under stress were studied in detail, and the gene information differentially expressed under various stress-induced conditions was obtained, and some of them were cloned, specifically expressed and identified. At present, the research focuses on the characteristics, functional identification and molecular mechanism of a class of ERF transcription factors closely related to stress resistance in Jatropha curcas.

2. Research on the production technology of important industrial enzymes. Explore the technical route of obtaining important industrial enzymes from natural raw materials, and design the technical route of producing industrial enzymes by microbial fermentation. 1.
