Dr. Zhou Quan is a member of the Executive Committee and Chairman of the Fundraising Committee of the University of Science and Technology of China Alumni Innovation Foundation (unpaid volunteer). He leads the fundraising arm of the New Venture Foundation. Zhou Quan is an alumnus of University of Science and Technology of China 773 (Department of Chemical Physics). Joined IDGVC (IDG Technology Venture Capital Fund) in 1993. IDGVC was the first American venture capital company to enter the Chinese market. In 1995, Zhou Quan began to preside over IDGVC's investment work in China. Zhou Quan is now a partner of IDGVC. In the 2006 "Zero2IPO-China Venture Capital and Private Equity Investment Annual Ranking", IDGVC won the title of "China's Best Venture Capital Institution" for the second time, and Zhou Quan also won the title of "China's Best Venture Capitalist in 2006". In February 2008, Zhou Quan was elected as a director of the University of Science and Technology of China (Overseas) Alumni Foundation (USTCAF).
