Fund qualification must pass at least two subjects, and the fund qualification examination includes three subjects, of which subject I, Fund Laws and Regulations, Professional Ethics and Business Standards, is a compulsory subject, and subject II, Basic Knowledge of Securities Investment Funds and Subject III, Basic Knowledge of Private Investment Funds, are optional subjects. The examination adopts the 100 scoring system, and 60 points are qualified scores. Those who have passed the examination results in all subjects will obtain the qualification certificate of the subject.

The fund qualification examination is conducted by means of closed book and computer examination. The questions are multiple choice questions, and the number of questions in each subject is 100. The score of each question is 1, the total score is 100, and 60 is the qualified line. The results of the fund qualification examination are generally published by China Asset Management Association within 7 working days after the end of the examination. Participants can check the examination results through the website of the association or other ways designated by the association.
