Mr. Gu Qingyang: Chinese name is Gu Qingyang, born in February, 196 165438. He is currently an associate professor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Policy at the National University of Singapore. Since 1982, he has been engaged in full-time teaching and research in Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China, Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and National University of Singapore. The main research fields include: China economy, urban development and urban policy, globalization and global governance, and Belt and Road construction. In Singapore, he presided over and participated in various consulting and advanced training services for China government and enterprises, and served as a member and consultant of expert groups of several government agencies, an adjunct professor at universities and a senior overseas researcher. He is currently a director of China Life Insurance Singapore Company, the chief independent director and chairman of the Leadership and Remuneration Committee of Shazhichuan Real Estate Trust Company, a listed company in Singapore, a member of the Research Committee of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, a member of the Singapore Trade Selection Committee with China, and the editor-in-chief of the international English academic journal Journal of Infrastructure and Policy Development.
