Shenzhen Stock Exchange is a national stock exchange approved by the State Council. It is a legal person who provides places and facilities for centralized securities trading, organizes and supervises securities trading and implements self-discipline management. It is supervised and managed by China Securities Regulatory Commission.
The fund shares of closed-end funds are listed and traded in the stock exchange market like the shares of ordinary listed companies. Therefore, like buying and selling stocks, the first step in buying and selling closed-end funds is to open an account in the securities business department. Closed-end funds include fund accounts and capital accounts.
