1: Bring my ID card and bank card to the bank counter to submit a service cancellation application. You need to provide your ID card and bank card, which will take effect after the counter is successfully handled;

2. Log in to online banking personal online banking, and in the account security management menu, select Close SMS reminder service (provided that the bank card account of online banking has been opened);

3. Call the customer service of the bank. After the manual service is certified, ask the customer service staff to close the SMS reminder service (provided that the bank card account of the telephone bank has been opened).
