Legal basis: Measures for the Administration of Public Welfare Projects of China Children and Teenagers Foundation.
Article 1 In order to strengthen the supervision and management of China Children's and Teenagers' Fund (hereinafter referred to as China UNICEF) public welfare projects, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of donors, recipients, beneficiaries and recipients, and promote the scientific and healthy development of children's public welfare undertakings, these Measures are formulated in accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Foundations, the People's Republic of China (PRC) Law on Donation of Public Welfare Undertakings and the actual situation of China UNICEF.
Article 2 The term "public welfare projects" as mentioned in these Measures refers to children's public welfare projects that are planned, initiated and implemented by UNICEF in China and conform to the service scope of UNICEF in China.
Article 3 UNICEF China shall establish a project database, which shall be published at home and abroad through the website of UNICEF China for donors to choose.
