Article 232 of the Procedures of Public Security Organs for Handling Criminal Cases, when inquiring about the deposits, remittances, bonds, stocks, fund shares and other property of a criminal suspect from financial institutions and other units, it shall be approved by the person in charge of the public security organ at or above the county level, and a notice of assistance in inquiring about the property shall be made and notified to the financial institutions and other units for implementation.
