3. Basic requirements of drivers 1. Drivers should do daily maintenance of the vehicle, keep the inside and outside of the vehicle clean, and achieve the "three diligences and three no leaks", that is, frequent maintenance, frequent inspections, and frequent scrubbing; no oil leakage, no oil leakage, and no leakage.

4. Assessment content and scoring rules 1. Assessment content.
Based on the four aspects of safe driving, vehicle maintenance, service attitude, and work discipline, a comprehensive assessment and scoring is conducted to draw up grades and evaluate grades.
2. Grading rules.
⒈Safe driving conditions.
Drivers should drive safely in accordance with laws and regulations.
⑴Those who violate traffic rules will be deducted 1 point for each traffic department ticket.
⑵ Those who park randomly or illegally will be deducted 1 point for each fine issued by the traffic, urban management and other departments.
⑶If a safety accident occurs, it depends on the responsibility assumed.
No points will be deducted for those who have no responsibility, 1 point will be deducted for those who bear secondary responsibility, 2 points will be deducted for those who bear equal responsibility, 3 points will be deducted for those who bear primary responsibility, 5 points will be deducted for those who bear full responsibility, and serious cases will be dealt with separately.
⑷After a safety accident occurs, the driver should actively cooperate with the traffic and other relevant departments to handle the follow-up work.
2 points will be deducted for non-cooperation, and serious cases will be dealt with separately.
⒉Vehicle care and maintenance status.
⑴The driver should maintain and maintain the vehicle on schedule to keep it in good condition.
If there is no maintenance after the due date, 2 points will be deducted for each discovery.
⑵The driver should maintain, maintain and repair the vehicle at the designated location.
If you are not at the designated location, 2 points will be deducted, and the expenses incurred will not be reimbursed.
⑶Vehicle maintenance should be reported in advance and can only be repaired at the designated location after approval.
If a vehicle breaks down during a business trip, it should be reported to the department in time and repaired at the nearest location in accordance with the principle of "necessary and effective".
If repairs are made without prior reporting or consent, 5 points will be deducted at a time, and the expenses incurred will not be reimbursed.
⑷Vehicle maintenance must be carried out according to the approved items, and the scope of maintenance items must not be expanded without authorization.
For unauthorized expansion, 1 point will be deducted for each expanded maintenance item, and the maintenance costs of the expanded items will not be reimbursed.
⒊Service attitude.
⑴If a complaint is received due to service attitude problems and it is verified to be true, 2 points will be deducted at a time. If the case is serious, it will be dealt with separately.
⑵ Drivers who have been complained about should be actively rectified.
Those who refuse to make corrections will be dealt with separately.
⒋Enforcement of work disciplines.
⑴ If you pick up and drop off people on time and delay the work of the person you pick up and drop off due to your own reasons, 2 points will be deducted at a time.
⑵ During working hours, employees are not allowed to skip or leave their posts. If they are found to be on duty or off duty, 1 point will be deducted.
⑶ Drivers should obey the unified dispatch. If they disobey, 2 points will be deducted at a time.
⑷ If the driver's improper operation causes damage to the vehicle, 2 points will be deducted if the economic loss is within 2,000 yuan (excluding 2,000 yuan), 5 points will be deducted if the economic loss is between 2,000 and 5,000 yuan (excluding 5,000 yuan), and 5 points will be deducted if the economic loss is between 5,000 and 10,000 yuan.
10 points will be deducted for the amount between 10,000 yuan (excluding 10,000 yuan), and the amount above 10,000 yuan (including 10,000 yuan) will be dealt with separately.
⑸ If drinking affects early work arrangements during holidays, 3 points will be deducted at a time.
⑹ The driver should keep communication open. If communication is unsmooth and affects work due to subjective reasons, 1 point will be deducted at a time.
