The punishment for overdue declaration of waste electronic processing funds is based on the Regulations on the Collection and Management of Waste Electrical and Electronic Products Processing Funds, which will come into effect on July 1 2065. All localities should report the situations and problems encountered in the implementation to the State Administration of Taxation in a timely manner.
