Anthony Liang: Male, China nationality, Hong Kong permanent resident, born in Hong Kong in June1946+0/kloc-0. Mr. Anthony Liang is currently an independent non-executive director of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, China CITIC Limited and new china life insurance co Limited. He used to be chief consultant of China Securities Regulatory Commission, member of the International Advisory Committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission, member of the Basic Law Committee of NPC Standing Committee of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and chairman of Hong Kong Securities Regulatory Commission. 1996- 1998 as the chairman of the technical committee of the international securities regulatory body. From 2002 to 2005, he served as a non-executive director of Global Digital Creative Holdings Limited. From 2002 to 2005, he served as an independent non-executive director of The Link Real Estate Investment Trust Fund Manager Link Management Co., Ltd., from 2004 to 2009, and from 2004 to 20 13, he served as an independent non-executive director of China Bank Co., Ltd.
