Infrastructure funds shall comply with the Administrative Measures for Information Disclosure of Public Offering of Securities Investment Funds, Guidelines for Public Offering of Infrastructure Securities Investment Funds (for Trial Implementation), Listing Rules of Securities Investment Funds of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Business Measures for Public Offering of Infrastructure Securities Investment Funds of Shenzhen Stock Exchange (for Trial Implementation) and other relevant regulations of China Securities Regulatory Commission and Shenzhen Stock Exchange on information disclosure of public offering funds.

Considering the differences between infrastructure funds and other Public Offering of Fund, infrastructure funds may not disclose regular fund information disclosure items, including but not limited to: weekly net asset value and net fund share value, net fund share value and accumulated net fund share value on the last trading day of semi-annual and annual, and regularly report the growth rate of net fund share value and relevant comparative information.
