Through employee stock ownership and shareholder capital increase, the registered capital increased to 361.72 million yuan. Southern fund's shareholders are Huatai Securities Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Investment Holding Co., Ltd., Xiamen International Trust Co., Ltd., Industrial Securities Co., Ltd. and employee stock ownership platform.
The company is headquartered in Shenzhen, with branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Chengdu and Hefei, and subsidiaries in Shenzhen and Hong Kong-Southern Capital Management Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen subsidiary) and Southern Dongying Asset Management Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong subsidiary). Southern Dongying is the first overseas branch approved by a domestic fund company. Southern Capital has a subsidiary of Southern Equity, which is mainly engaged in private equity investment.
