1. The principle of fund income distribution follows the relevant national laws and conforms to the relevant provisions of the fund contract.

2. The maximum number of annual income distributions of the fund is 1 times, and the annual income distribution ratio is not less than 1% of the realized income of the fund;

3. There are two ways to distribute fund income: cash dividend and dividend reinvestment. Investors can choose cash dividend or automatically convert cash dividend into fund share for reinvestment according to the net value of fund share on the date of dividend reinvestment; If investors do not choose, the default income distribution method of the fund is cash dividend;

4. If there is a net loss in the current period of fund investment, no income distribution will be made;

5. The current year's income of the fund should make up for the previous year's loss before the current year's income can be distributed;

6. On the premise of meeting the dividend conditions of relevant funds, the income of this fund is distributed at least once a year, but if the fund contract takes effect less than 3 months, the income distribution may not be carried out;

7. After the distribution of fund income, the net value of fund shares cannot be lower than the face value;

8. Each fund share enjoys equal distribution rights;

9. The fund manager may, at his discretion, adjust the distribution method of fund income, provided that it complies with the provisions of relevant laws, regulations and normative documents and does not affect the interests of fund share holders. This adjustment does not require the resolution of the fund share holders' meeting, and the fund manager shall make an announcement in at least one media designated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Information Disclosure Measures before implementing the change;
