Entrusted purchase of OTC funds means that investors buy funds on non-trading days, and the fund purchase order is shown as entrusted purchase. Entrusted buying is generally a fund transaction that investors buy on weekends, holidays or after 3 pm. Investors will not make a deal immediately after buying. Weekend purchases will be processed on Monday, holiday purchases will be processed after the holiday, and orders bought after 3 pm that day will be processed on the third day.
On-site fund entrusted purchase refers to the price transaction in which investors hold orders. When the price in the market reaches the price of the investor's pending order, the transaction will be conducted immediately. Generally speaking, these funds are closed-end funds such as LOF funds and ETF funds. Exchange-traded funds are similar to stocks and need to be bought and sold on exchanges. If there is no pending transaction on that day, the transaction will be automatically cancelled. If investors want to continue to buy, they need to wait until the stock market settles on the trading day before re-signing, usually after 9: 30 pm.
