According to the audit results, the relief fund management institution draws a conclusion that those who meet the advance conditions will be credited to the account of the medical institution; Do not meet the requirements of advance, not to advance, and explain the reasons to the medical institutions. It should be noted that the road rescue fund is a social special fund raised according to law to advance the funeral expenses and part or all of the rescue expenses of the victims in motor vehicle road traffic accidents.
