The State Sports General Administration has written a regulation on how to distribute athletes' bonuses, but this regulation is very simple, that is, 5:2: 1.5: 1.5, that is, athletes account for 50% of the total bonuses, coaches and logistics support personnel account for 20%, athletes' transportation units account for 15% and the rest/kloc-0.
However, people in general circles say that the above provisions have evolved into "5:3: 1: 1" in recent years, that is, athletes or teams get 50% of the total bonus or income, sports associations get 30%, 10% is reported to the General Administration, and another 10% is awarded to relevant parties and people. However, 50% of the business income of new athletes is generally collected by the players themselves and the remaining 50% is given to the national team. How to use the 50% in the national team is impossible to explore.
Some coaches will get bonuses.
Although it is expressly stipulated that coaches can get part of athletes' bonuses, the coaches who can participate in the distribution are not only competent coaches around athletes, but also transport coaches and even enlightenment coaches.
However, because most of the conveying coaches and enlightenment coaches belong to provincial teams, how to divide this distribution ratio varies from province to province. According to the Olympic athletes, the current coach only gets the same full bonus as the athletes. This part of the bonus is not paid from the bonus awarded by the state to athletes, that is to say, it does not belong to the "5:3: 1: 1" sub-method, but the same amount of bonus is awarded by the state or province. However, whether the head coach still participates in the bonus distribution of "5:3: 1: 1" after receiving this bonus is different for different centers.
The situation of transportation coaches is even more complicated, that is, they can get 80% to 100% in two years, 50% to 60% in four years, and basically no more than six years. This is only to distribute the bonuses of athletes participating in international competitions, and if it is the bonus of the National Games, there is another way to distribute it, because once the athletes and their national team coaches do not belong to the same province, the bonuses will be distributed directly to the coaches of the athletes' provincial teams. And the specific distribution method is decided by each province.
Each center has its own rules.
In addition to the distribution principle of 5:3: 1: 1 and the distribution principle of conveying and enlightening coaches formulated by provinces, the centers under the State Sports General Administration also have their own bonus distribution rules.
The tennis center is relatively transparent. After all, in a highly professional tennis match, the bonus of each game is announced in advance. Although there are many competitions, the prizes for each competition are provided by sponsors and organizing committees, and the details are very clear. Athletes can get about half of the bonus, and the rest will be distributed by the coach and the national team. However, because many tennis players in China train at their own expense and pay for coaches and sparring partners, their bonuses hardly need to be distributed to conveying coaches or enlightenment coaches.
For a shooter, there are not as many prizes as tennis. Only the World Cup finals and World Championships have prizes, which are distributed to athletes on the spot. According to the regulations of the shooting center, half of the bonus should be given to the coach, so the player should return half of the bonus when he comes back. In addition, players' bonuses also include bonuses issued by the state in some specific competitions, such as the Asian Championships. However, the shooting team does not give bonuses immediately after each game, but calculates the bonuses of the previous year in June every year.
Unlike shooting, taekwondo, a highly antagonistic event, needs sparring and medical staff. According to the relevant person in charge of the Taekwondo Team, taking the World Championships as an example, all players * * * will receive a bonus of 300,000 yuan, and the General Administration of Sports will give an extra bonus of 10%; Wu Jingyu won the championship with a prize of 80,000 yuan, and her head coach Wang Zhijie got 80,000 yuan accordingly. However, according to the regulations of the Taekwondo Department, a part of the coach's bonus will be deducted, and 15% of the coach's bonus plus the extra part (10% of the total bonus) will be used to reward other "meritorious personnel", including sparring partners, team doctors and researchers.
It is worth mentioning that most of the bonuses of the center are paid directly to the bank accounts of the relevant personnel, and there is no cash transaction, and there is no possibility of collecting them on behalf of them.
