1. Freight rate per ton of vehicle freight = base price 1 + base price 2 × freight mileage.

2. Freight No. 4 and No. 5 are used for calculation of coal and coke.

3. Electrification surcharge calculation formula: Electrification surcharge = rate × billing weight × electrification mileage, electrification rate: 0.012 yuan/ton-kilometer.

4. The railway construction fund is calculated based on the freight mileage of the national railway’s official business lines and operating pipeline lines that implement unified freight rates.

Railway Construction Fund Calculation Formula: Railway Construction Fund = Rate × Billing Weight × Fund Mileage.

China Railway Construction Fund Rate: 0.033 yuan/ton-kilometer.

5. The current coal freight rates for the fourth line of Daqin, Jingqin, Jingyuan and Fengsha Dayun Coal Dedicated Lines remain unchanged.

The calculation formula for the dedicated coal transportation line: the dedicated coal transportation line fee = rate × billing weight × mileage of the dedicated coal transportation line.

Coal transport line rate: 0.0751 yuan/ton-kilometer.

Note: International express delivery is different from domestic express delivery. There are two billing methods for international express delivery:

1. Actual weight: the actual weighing weight of the mailed goods, the unit of measurement is kilograms ( kg).

2. Volume weight: The volume of the mailed goods is converted according to (length x width x height)/5000 (the unit of length, width and height is CM). (The standard for individual express companies is (length x width x height)/6000).

In actual calculations, EMS charges based on actual weight, while other express companies compare actual weight and volumetric weight. If actual weight > volumetric weight, billing is based on actual weight; if actual weight Weight < volumetric weight, charge based on volumetric weight.
