Shi was nominated as the chairman of the peer charity foundation. After retiring from Huawei, Shi is thinking and investigating-why is it really difficult for rural children to get out of rural thinking? Is this a problem caused by educational balance? Where is the balance between rural and urban education? What thoughts should educational design give to left-behind children and floating children? Because of these ideas, a "peer charity foundation" was established. Shi was nominated as the chairman. Shi is the former president of Huawei's software department. Shi leads Huawei's telecom software product line and a team of tens of thousands of people.
