The goods are delivered to the club's receiving office at 9:00 the next day, and are inspected and accepted by the kitchen and warehouse management in an orderly manner.

The acceptance document must be signed in four copies by the warehouse, kitchen, supplier, and cost accountant and each shall hold one copy.

2. If the raw materials provided by the supplier have quality or non-compliance with specifications, they must be returned upon acceptance. If there is a dispute, the chef and financial manager will go to the site to confirm and resolve the matter.

3. If the kitchen wants to add new raw materials during the supply period, it must be quoted by the supplier, approved by the purchasing, kitchen, finance, and general manager, and signed and confirmed before execution.

4. Meat suppliers must carry the "Meat Quarantine Insurance Report" of the day when delivering goods every day.

5. Condiment suppliers are required to provide certificates of conformity for each item.

3. Party B’s Responsibilities 1. Party B must provide copies of business license, tax registration certificate, food circulation license, delivery person’s health certificate and other documents.

2. The quality of the goods provided by Party B must be guaranteed. All consequences and losses caused by quality problems of the goods shall be borne by Party B.

3. After the goods provided by Party B to Party A are inspected and accepted by Party A, Party A will make a receipt for Party B, and Party B will settle the bill based on the receipt and invoice.

4. Party B must deliver the items required by Party A to the location designated by Party A according to the time notified by Party A.
