What does off-site ex-dividend day mean?
1. The off-exchange ex-dividend date of the Fund is the first day when the Fund enters the secondary market for registration.

2. Ex-dividend date (ex-dividend date): the day after the registration date is the ex-dividend date or ex-dividend date. Shareholders who buy shares of the company on or after that date will no longer enjoy the dividend distribution of the company. Ex-dividend date refers to the increase in the total number of shares circulating in the market after the transfer or distribution of shares, so the original market price must be ex-dividend.

3. In addition to exchanges, there are other trading markets in the securities market. Because there is no centralized and unified trading system and place, these markets are collectively referred to as OTC markets, also known as OTC markets or OTC markets, which refer to the markets where securities buyers and sellers bargain outside the exchange. It has no fixed place, and the transactions are mainly conducted by telephone, and the securities traded are mainly those that are not listed on the exchange.
