Leverage ratio =[NAV(A)*A share ratio +NAV(B)*B share ratio ]/ NAV(B)*B share ratio.

Where: A-share ratio +B-share ratio =1; NAV(A) is the net value of Part A, and NAV(B) is the net value of Part B. ..
